Soapy Joe's Car Wash

My suv was still dirty after paying for 2 different washes. The one 2nd from the base price did nothing so I went back through and chose the one below the highest priced wash. The vacuums don't have the suction they should. The plus tho is its open late, the minus is I wasted money because I paid twice and had to pay across town the next day to properly clean the vehicle. I drive in town, not off-road so the car was not 4 wheeling dirty when I came to use the service.

$5 for self wash bay?! Sprung $10 for the touchless wash, it did a fair job on a mildly dirty pickup truck Serves its purpose I guess.

I can't say this wash was perfect but it did the job and it was nice having the credit card scanners in each stall. Much much better than the self-service wash on Versailles Road in Frankfort

Wash cycle is entirely too fast for what you have to pay and as far as the vacuums go, just as bad, if not worse and expensive as hell. $5 for 2 maybe 3 minutes tops. And the suction is awful. No suction hardly at all. Horrible at a time in need of rushing 😩.

Soapy Joe's car wash is a nice little place in Georgetown. We were visiting from Ohio to take our 2005 Camry to the toyota plant where she was built and wanted her to look nice before we went to the plant for a tour. Soapy Joe's self serve bays really made her look nice! However, $3.00 to start is a little pricey for a self serve car wash.
